Mailman is capable of importing thousands of subscribers using excel/csv files. They can be assigned to existing newsletter subscriber lists. |

Automatic handling of bounced messages.
Mailman automatically updates subscriber's list by checking bounced back messages. Administrators know the bounce types, number of bounces, and bounced subscribers for all newsletters. Bounced newsletters are automatically resent to the subscribers. |

Mailman automatically checks the date and time to send the newsletter. The administrator can set any time and date while composing the newsletter and relax. Mailman will send on schedule. Batch and delay between batches is controlled in the admin. |

Mailman shows both graphical and text reports that are meaningful for the newsletter administrators. Reports contain number of subscribers for a newsletter, the newsletter sent count, the resent count (if a newsletter is sent again in case of bounce or a failure of sending situation), read count, failure count, and bounce count. |
